On Wednesday, the stage and programme of the HeadRead festival is at the disposal of young literary enthusiasts. After the bright young authors, the final-year students of the Old Town Educational College (Vanalinna Hariduskolleegium, VHK) will meet the audience. Though they are young, their programme is a venerable festival tradition. This year’s programme is entitled “So much to see” and as in previous years, the authors come from Estonia as well as abroad, there are classics as well as contemporary voices, prose as well as poetry. A. H. Tammsaare will stand next to Janar Ala, Anna Haava will be followed by Piret Raud. The performers are Hanna Brigita Jaanovits, Saara Liis Jõerand, Teele Kaljuvee-O’Brock, Lisanna Lajal, Johanna Poll, Mari-Ann Reede, Camilla-Louise-Öyan Sundvor, Taavet Kirja, Rhett Kütsen, Lennart Leedu, Erik Richard Salumäe and Andri Suga. They are compered, as in previous years, by the legendary Tõnis Rätsep.
